About the Founder
Sharan Raj Kasaragod
Sharan Raj Kasaragod is an Indian filmmaker, actor, producer, entrepreneur, and social contributor known for his passion toward emotionally immersive storytelling and meaningful social initiatives.
As the founder of Souparnika Pictures, he has been actively working toward building a strong cinematic platform focused on visually rich and emotionally impactful cinema across the South Indian film industry.
Apart from filmmaking, he is also actively involved in the architectural and construction field, providing interior and complete architectural solutions across Karnataka and Kerala.
As an actor, he gained appreciation for his lead role in the Kannada film Ludo (2026), where audiences appreciated his natural performance and emotional screen presence.
His contribution through acting, production, creative development, and storytelling continues to strengthen his vision of creating impactful and culturally rooted films.
Social Contribution
Alongside his professional journey, Sharan Raj Kasaragod is also recognized for his active involvement in social service and humanitarian initiatives. For his contributions toward society during challenging times — including blood donation drives, medical camps, support activities, and community-oriented initiatives — he received an Honorary Doctorate Award for Social Work from the World Human Rights Protection Commission (WHRPC) during an international seminar held in Dubai.

3Moorthilu is an upcoming Tulu & Kannada feature film presented by Souparnika Pictures and directed by Sharanraj Kasargod. Rooted in the culture, emotions, and youthful spirit of coastal Karnataka, the film blends friendship, entertainment, emotions, and drama into a unique cinematic experience.
The story follows the lives of three individuals whose journeys become unexpectedly connected through friendship, life struggles, emotions, and unforgettable experiences. With a mix of humor, heartfelt moments, and realistic storytelling, 3Moorthilu aims to deliver a refreshing and emotionally engaging film for audiences across all age groups.
Featuring vibrant visuals, strong performances, and a grounded narrative, the film celebrates relationships, dreams, and the bond between people from different walks of life while staying deeply connected to its regional roots and universal emotions.
